Cancel Jiobit data plan

It was very hard to connect but I no longer need the Jiobit since I no longer watch the animal that I was using for. Please let me know if you need more information to cancel.

Cannot activate my account on new phone

Cannot connect to customer service to get help. Cannot find a way to get help to connect my account to my new phone.

When I try to sign in, the app thinks Im try to set up a new account.

It keeps saying that there is an account associated with my number but it wont let me access it. I need to talk to a person to walk me through this.

Set up service

No phone service support.

My daughter purchased the jiobit for her Dad. The account is in her name and she has been paying for the monthly service charge for quite sometime.

However, the jiobit, which has never been set up, was lost until just recently. She will continue to pay the service fee, but it needs to be set up so I am the one able to track him, due to Alzheimer's.

There is no information on the website on how to accomplish that.

Without phone support I am just stuck.

There was a recorded message saying that they do not provide customer support by phone. In order to cancel my account I need to download their app, but my account was disabled because of no use because their product doesnt work the way that they say. So I am unable to cancel through the app.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After several days and numerous emails they got my account activated.

Too late bc I needed it the day I bought it. It is working fine now.
